1. Protect Your Lips

Rub the mixture on your lips with toothbrush and exfoliate for few minutes. Condition them by applying butter, milk cream, neem oil. You can also rub them with cucumber slices or apply cucumber juice, as the phytochemicals found in cucumbers tighten the collagen in your lips and make them hydrated, soft and plump.

5. Eat Healthy

A healthy diet is not just important for your health, but it is equally vital for a healthy skin and soft lips. Include fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, whole grains and olive oil in your diet and take the Omega 3 supplements.
